From the Principal’s desk
Rachana Dubey
Principal · M.A. (English Literature), B.Ed.
“A child does not need a perfect school. A child needs a school that believes — fiercely, daily — that they can shine.”
— Rachana Dubey, Principal
Behind the nameplate PRINCIPAL RACHNA DUBEY sits a teacher of words and of wonder. With a Master’s in English Literature and a B.Ed., she brings language, listening and leadership into one warm office — globe on the desk, books in a stack, and an open register for every child’s story.
Parents who walk in find not a closed door, but a conversation. Fees, classes, worries, dreams — sab ke liye time hai. SWEPS Jobat ke corridors usi patience se chalte hain: slow enough to notice a shy student, strong enough to cheer a loud one.
Under her care, Happy Life Education means this: children learn to read the world, and also to be kind inside it.
